Velora Verde currently uses this website for plant discovery, care information, brand stories, audience building, visitor accounts and inquiries. Public ecommerce, checkout and website-hosted live selling are not active.
Contact inquiries
When you submit the Contact form, Velora Verde receives the name, email address, subject and message you choose to provide. The inquiry is stored in the protected administration area so it can be reviewed and answered. When email notifications are configured, the same inquiry may also be sent to the Velora Verde business inbox.
Audience growth and plant interest
If you choose to join the Velora Verde audience list, the website stores the email address, optional name, consent time and signup source you provide. Plant-interest forms separately record which published plant you asked to hear about. These features are used for audience building and demand signals, not for public checkout or payment processing. You can unsubscribe from audience updates using the unsubscribe control provided in Velora Verde email communications.
First-party growth measurement
Velora Verde may record limited first-party website events such as page views, plant-profile views, plant shares, Plant Finder completion, campaign referrals and form conversions. Campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign may be stored with those events. A generated browser session identifier is hashed before storage, and this growth layer does not require a third-party advertising analytics service.
Visitor accounts
If you create a visitor account, the website stores your name, email address and a securely hashed version of your password. Passwords are not stored in readable form. A secure session cookie is used to keep you signed in.
Technical and security information
The hosting platform and application may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request logs, browser information, rate-limit events and security events. Velora Verde's application security ledger is designed to use hashed request subjects rather than storing raw visitor IP addresses.
Analytics and third parties
Non-essential visitor analytics or advertising are not assumed by this notice. If a visitor analytics, advertising, ecommerce, payment or other data-collecting service is intentionally activated later, this page should be reviewed and updated before that service goes live.
